By accessing or using Dentospire ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including doctors, clinic staff, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Dentospire is a cloud-based clinic management platform that provides appointment scheduling, patient management, treatment recording, invoicing, prescription management, and related healthcare practice tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, legitimate clinic management purposes.
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
• Not attempt to access other clinics' data or bypass security measures.
• Not upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Not use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Data Responsibility

As a healthcare provider, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Dentospire complies with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction. You are the data controller for patient information entered into the Platform. Dentospire acts as a data processor on your behalf.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Dentospire offers free and paid plans with different feature sets.
• Paid subscriptions are billed as specified at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dentospire platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Dentospire. Your clinic data remains your property at all times. You grant Dentospire a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dentospire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. After a reasonable period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction in India.
